With all of the experiences I’ve had with dental offices in my life, Prestige Dental is by far the BEST. The entire staff is respectful, knowledgeable, professional, congenial. They make one feel comfortable and at home. They all show concern for the patient's wellbeing and do their upmost for positive outcomes. I recommend this dental practice to anyone who is looking for a quality dental experience.

I love this Dental office! I have been going here for years for regular and deep cleanings as well as general dental care. The dental hygenists are amazing, so gentle and thurough. I found Dr. Falistsiny to be patient, commpassionate and listened to my concerns. The front office staff is always accommodating and very friendly, making the whole experience a plus!

I had such a great experience at this office and am so thankful I found them. Caroline at the front desk was incredibly kind and got me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. Chasity, the assistant, was also so gentle and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. We discovered a complication with my tooth, and they went above and beyond by scheduling me quickly for the very next day. They were even kind enough to offer a discount on the procedure, which helps a lot. Dr. Falestiny provided excellent care. He made sure I was comfortable, asked thoughtful questions, and really took the time to address my concerns. Overall, such a positive experience. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and quality dental care.

I have major anxiety about going to the dentist, even for a routine cleaning. Well, this was the best experience with a cleaning that I can remember. Dr. Falestiny was also personable and professional, offering me good advice/options moving forward. This was my first visit here, and they did a thorough job. I highly recommend, and I've seen many dentists in my time.

I am a snow bird and had a cap come off yesterday 4/1, Prestige was recommended by a friend, I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day4/3. I checked in the next day had some x rays taken and the cap was restored within 30 min. Not only am I'm satisfied but now have a dentist in place for when I'm in the area for future winters..I am very pleased with Prestige Dental...Dennis Rymanowski, Albany NY

I highly recommend going to see Dr. Falestiny and his office. We had the best service exspecially with having the fear of the dentist. They make you feel very comfortable with being gentle and reducing all anxiety. Being able to get my teeth cleaned the same time as my son was a great experience as well. They are great with kids and my son can’t wait to come back! The office gives such a welcoming environment.

Let your Dental search stop here. This practice exceeded every expectation I could have imagined for a medical/dental practice. The entire staff are extremely friendly, gentle, professional, thorough, and offer advanced imagery that is second to none. With their scan, we were able to catch an issue while it is still easily repairable as opposed to a potential surgery. Lastly, they offer a customized experience that allows the patient determine how the exam results are presented, as well as, prioritizing your dental needs from cosmetic, comfort, functionality, and longevity. My only regret is not coming here sooner. I would give them 100 stars if i could. Give them a try... you will be thankful you did.

Dr Falestiny and his entire staff are nothing short of amazing, outstanding, and a fantastic group of professional’s. I have been going to them for the last six months and I understand the no one likes going to the dentist office, but I guarantee you that you will like going here. Give them a try and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Lacey, Lynn and Maggie are part of the best dental staff I have ever experienced at a dental office. Very warm and accommodating. Lacey has provided me the most through cleanings I have ever had over the last few years. Dr Andrew Falestiny provided a crown for me a year ago and I have not had any problems with it. He excelled in art before he became a Dentist which helps him have a vision of how your crown should be designed to fit properly. I have recommended this practice to my friends. They have a beautiful office and my wait times in their office have been minimal.

The best dental care you'll ever receive. The hygienist are so thorough, meticulous and very gentle. The dental assistants are equally as caring and knowledgeable about their profession. And then there is Dr. Falestiny. The absolute best. Not just in dental care, but in kindness and compassion for his patients. I moved to Florida from New Jersey needing a lot of dental work that I had let slide. Now my teeth never looked so good. My gums are healthy also. I would never have dental work or dental hygiene anywhere else.

Always the best experience getting my teeth cleaned I had the opportunity of having my teeth clean first by Mrs Tia. Today I had the opportunity to have my teeth cleaned by Lacey. And not only are their skills amazing but their personalities are great. Both ladies, put my dental cleaning anxiety at ease, both times. I never felt nervous and I usually do for cleanings. I highly recommend them. They are very clean and professional. Tia and Lacey are very sweet and thorough with their work. Very honest about your oral health too. Love prestige dental.

Excellent cleaning by Mrs. Tia. She was so kind and educated me. I felt safe and no dental anxiety which I usually have! The Doc, he is excellent and very thorough and conservative. Which I love. I would never recommend any other place! Had my second cleaning with Miss Lacy and she is just so funny and keeps the appointment going and does such an excellent job! Both Of the ladies, Tia and Lacey are the best hygienists EVER! I have never experienced such a lovely cleaning before! I did not ever experience any anxiety in the chair. That is very rare for me. I think they changed getting my teeth cleaned because I was always so nervous! But they took that fear away! Thank you Prestige dental!

The best dental experience I have had in over 20 years! I'm new to the area and thrilled to be a new patient! Lacey, the hygienist, was personable, gentle and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The office staff were all pleasant and Dr Falestiny was wonderful! He was very thorough and didn't try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary dental work! I was put at ease immediately and have complete faith in him!!

Prestige Dental helped me when I had a very scary dental emergancy while on vacation - a fractured front tooth! Everyone that I interacted with helped to calm my anxiety and fears. They answered all of my questions and even explained things to my husband as well so we could all be on the same page. Their facilitaty is clean, welcoming and state of the art. Dr. Falestiny took the time to explain all of my options and gave me a plan moving forward. I would highly recommend this dentist!!!
