Membership Plan
You can join our membership plan when visiting our office. Our membership will save you money and put you at ease, knowing you will never go without dental care.
Our plans include:
- Cleanings, exams, and routine x-rays at no additional cost.
- Exclusive discounts on procedures.
- Immediate access to benefits for 12 months after the joining date.
- No deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums, denials of claims, or pre-approvals.
Insurance Policy
Our office is in-network with the following PPO insurance plans:
- Metlife
- Florida Combined Life
- Aetna
- Principal/Ameritas
But if you are not with these providers, we have plenty of financing options to ensure you can access high-quality care.
Although there are many insurance plans we are not in-network with, that doesn’t mean our office cannot treat those patients. A very large part of our patient family consists of out-of-network patients.
The wonderful thing about most insurance plans is that they let you choose your doctor, even if they’re not in-network! If we are out-of-network with your insurance provider, we will help you file and confirm out-of-network benefits so you can still get the personalized care you deserve while putting your insurance to good use!
